Waiver and Insurance
If you wish to participate in the Pete Sampras Ultimate Tennis Experience, you must complete the
waiver (located on the PDF Registration form) and provide all necessary insurance information. Any
cost associated with the treatment of injuries and/or hospitalization for illness or injury, while
attending Pete Sampras Ultimate Tennis Experience, shall be the sole responsibility of the
individual participant.
Fee
Receipt of the completed application and a check for the $17,500 fee for participant (make payable
to Sampras Experience) is required to be fully registered. Space is limited and is set on a first
come first serve basis. Register Here
Cancellation Policy
The staff of the The staff of the Pete Sampras Ultimate Tennis Experience reserves the right to
refuse admittance to any applicant. This refusal will be based on the applicant's failure to meet
established eligibility criteria, such as failure to provide a letter of medical clearance, failure to
provide proof of age, or payment of insufficient funds. If a participant wishes to cancel, the request
must be accompanied by a physician's notice of an injury or illness which would prohibit
participation. Extreme personal circumstances that would preclude individual participation will be
taken under review by Sampras Experience.
